The Covington County Friends of the Library will hold its third annual Book Sale beginning Monday, Oct. 19, at the Conner-Graham Memorial Library in Seminary.
Other days for the Book Sale will be Tuesday, Oct. 20, at the Jane Blain Brewer Memorial Library in Mount Olive, and Thursday, Oct. 22, and Friday, Oct. 23, at the R.E. Blackwell Memorial Library in Collins.
An outdoor tent sale will be held each day, weather permitting. If inclement weather occurs, each daily event will be cancelled.
Masks and social distancing will be practiced. Cash or local checks only will be accepted; credit cards are not available.
All money will be used to support three public libraries, nine Little Free Libraries, and school libraries in Covington County. Books will include the following subject areas: Novels, Fiction and Nonfiction, Biographies, History, Travel, Sports, Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Classics, Mystery, Romance, Cookbooks and others.
The times and locations of the Book Sale libraries are:
• Monday, Oct. 19 - The Conner-Graham Memorial Library in Seminary, 101 Willow Ave., 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Oct. 20 - The Jane Blain Brewer Memorial Library in Mount Olive, 102 S. Fifth St. 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
• Thursday, Oct. 22, and Friday, Oct. 23 - The R.E. Blackwell Memorial Library in Collins, 403 S. Fir Ave., 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
