A Jasper County man was arrested Friday on three counts of lustful touching of a minor.
Michael Frederick Frazier, 47, was taken into custody by the Jasper County Sheriff's Department after the mother of the victim signed an affidavit, which led to an arrest warrant.
“He was arrested on a warrant and affidavit signed by the victim's mother, after the juvenile came forward,” said Jasper County Sheriff Randy Johnson.
The victim, according to Johnson, is a 7-to-8 year-old male family member of the accused.
Judge Marvin Jones set Frazier's bond at $60,000.
