Wanted 24-year-old fugitive Sternell “KayNine” Johnson received Forrest County charges after his arrest Wednesday by Hattiesburg Police during a traffic stop near Oliver and Mable streets about 6:45 p.m. Two others were also arrested.
Johnson has been charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of a controlled substance. He also faces additional charges from Lamar County.
Jarrel Wheeler, 19, and Mya Everett, 18, both of Hattiesburg, were each charged with possession of a controlled substance. The individuals were booked into the Forrest County Jail.
