A 29-year-old Moselle man was arrested Wednesday by several drug enforcement officers executing a search warrant at a Forrest County hotel, which allegedly turned up various illegal narcotics.
The narcotics team that apprehended Michial Thomas Delk Jr. included the 12th Circuit Court Narcotics Enforcement Team, Mississippi Department of Corrections agents, and the Drug Enforcement Agency’s High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Agency Task Force.
Delk was arrested on one count each of Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Distribute Hydrocodone, Possession of Controlled Substance: Heroin, and Possession of Controlled Substance: Ecstasy.
After being charged, Delk was transported and booked into the Forrest County Correctional Facility.
