Hattiesburg residents are being asked for help in identifying someone involved in an ongoing arson investigation. The alleged act of arson occurred about 3:45 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of South 22nd Avenue.
The Hattiesburg Fire Department and the Mississippi State Fire Marshal’s Office said two homes and a vehicle were burned, and no injuries were reported during the incident.
The Mississippi State Fire Marshal’s Office is offering a reward up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual.
