On 11-25-20 at approximately 1805 hours, Laurel Police Officers responded to Palmer Avenue on a reported vehicle vs. pedestrian accident. The vehicle fled the area and the pedestrian victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim is identified as Jerry Dean Coleman 65 years of age of Laurel. It is believed that the suspect vehicle is a Honda Civic, 1997 or newer with damage to the passenger front.
