The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency placed 10 counties - including Jones and Forrest - under Tropical Storm Warnings in advance of Hurricane Zeta, which is expected to make landfall late today (Tuesday) from the Gulf of Mexico as a Category 1 storm.
The 10 counties including Jones and Forrest in the Tropical Storm Warnings are Pike, Walthall, Pearl River, Stone, George, Perry, Greene, and Wayne. Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson counties were placed under Hurricane and Storm Surge Warnings.
