Visitation was held on Thursday, March 7, 2019, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel in Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral Services were held Friday, March 8, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel, and the burial followed in Edwards Cemetery. Bro. Kelly Byrd officiated.
He was preceded in death by John D. Kelly (Father), Joyce Williams (Mother), Jimmy Dale Kelly (Brother), Francis Kelly (Sister), Bobby Joe Kelly (Brother), Sue Delaney (Sister).
Survivors include Jonathan Ann Kelly (Wife), John Shafford (Son), Patricia Ann Kilpatrick (Daughter), Billy Ray Kelly Jr. (Son), Joseph Neil Kelly (Lidia) (Son), Michael Dwayne Kelly (Lisa) (Son), 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, Carl Douglas Kelly (Brother).
Pallbearers were family and friends.
