Apparently, the federal warrant was part of a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with Homeland Security working with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Mississippi regarding ongoing criminal investigations. ICE conducted the raid at the Bay Springs plant and multiple other facilities across the state. There is a scheduled press conference later today at 2:00 for more details.

THERE IS NO ACTIVE SHOOTER, no shots have been fired.
What we know at this point: A Federal Warrant was served this morning at PECO Foods, a poultry processor in Bay Springs in Jasper County. The warrant and ensuing action started approximately just over an hour ago.
There is a helicopter flying over the building area and armed federal agents are at the plant's entrance gate. Additional reports from witnesses say they have seen people running from the scene, but we have no official report as to why or if they're illegal workers, etc. Some agents were seen armed with machine guns.
THERE IS NO ACTIVE SHOOTER, no shots have been fired. Employees have also been seen leaving the building, some driving away.
