Jones County Sheriff's Department investigators are seeking information from the public on a burglary at Kip's Jewelry & Gifts located at 4405 Highway 15 North in Laurel.
One or more suspects broke into the store through a side glass at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Monday, April 27, triggering an alarm. An undetermined amount of merchandise was stolen and the perpetrator(s) left the scene before deputies arrived. Anyone who may have seen anything suspicious at the Kip's location early on Monday is asked to call JCSD at 601-425-3147 or Jones County Crime Stoppers at 601-428-STOP (7867).
