A traffic stop in the Camp Dantzler community last weekend by Forrest County Sheriff’s deputies resulted in two arrests for drug charges and three Pearl River County bench warrants.
Jonathon Young, 39, of Purvis was arrested on three bench warrants out of Pearl River County and was cited for the traffic violation.
Kalie Holsen, 28, of Petal was arrested on two counts of possession of controlled substances (4.5 grams of marijuana and 3.6 grams of methamphetamine).
The two were stopped after their vehicle apparently ran a stop sign.
Young was turned over to Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office, and Holsen was transported and booked into the Forrest County Correctional Facility.
