A 54-year-old Purvis man was arrested on drug possession charges early Tuesday after the Forrest County Sheriff’s Office received a call regarding a suspicious person in the Rawls Springs community.
Deputies arrested Elmer Collins for possession of methamphetamine and a controlled substance. He was transported to and booked in the Forrest County Correctional Facility.
