Laurel, MS — A single vehicle rollover just off Highway 84 West on Hines Road had traffic in the area slowed Friday afternoon about 2:30 p.m. Calhoun and Powers volunteer fire departments responded to the incident at 5159 Highway 84 West behind Community Bank. The driver of a Chevrolet Z71 was reportedly ejected from the vehicle after he lost control and it began to roll.
The MHP and Jones County Sheriff’s Office were also on scene. Emserv Ambulance Service transported the driver to the emergency department with moderate injuries. No other injuries were reported.
