Just before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, Laurel Police Department officers Justin Landrum and Macon Davis conducted a traffic stop on Highway 15 South that resulted in the arrest of Ginger Marie McNeil.
McNeil (36 years of age) was arrested and charged with traffic violations and possession of heroin with intent to distribute. The arrest was made after the officers located approximately 9.2 grams of heroin. McNeil will have her initial appearance in Laurel Municipal Court on Wednesday.
