A 22-year-old Laurel man was arrested about midnight Thursday on multiple drug charges after a traffic stop at Main and West Fourth streets in Hattiesburg.
Jacob Holifield was arrested and charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana (a misdemeanor) and possession of paraphernalia (a misdemeanor).
Officers seized meth, Xanax, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and $2,500 cash during the traffic stop.
Holifield was booked into the Forrest County Jail.
