A 74-year-old registered sex offender from Hattiesburg was arrested Tuesday by the Forrest County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of Lustful Touching of a Child.
Investigators are asking any individuals who have been victimized by registered sex offender Julian Martin to come forward, according to Scott Lees, Forrest County Public Information Officer.
