A 30-year-old Hattiesburg man was arrested about 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Cedar Street, and officers seized ecstasy, codeine syrup, Spice, and marijuana in the incident.
Aaron Townes was charged with four felonies – possession of controlled substance, sale of controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance within proximity of a school/church, and trafficking of a controlled substance. He was also charged with misdemeanors of possession of paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Townes was booked into the Forrest County Jail.
